It's snowing!

Yay!

Real, honest to goodness, accumulating snow. It's looking like 1-3 inches.

This is exciting for me because I've lived in Austin for 6 years. I miss this stuff. :) It's so pretty, I could watch it come down for hours.

and it's only early December. it's been a long time since I remember seeing accumulating snow this early in the season. should mean a decent winter. :)

You should visit Wisconsin

Not only have we gotten several inches of snow recently, the low temperature was zero this morning. A veritable winter wonderland... Though the snow is dry. Imagine that. Heh heh

I thought I'd miss snow when I moved to San Francisco. Last year, I went back to Pgh for a few days at the beginning of December. It was snowy and depressing and everything looked dead.

I don't miss snow anymore.

Yay, snow! I'm sure I'll be grumbling once we get our first true pummeling of winter weather (and by that I mean one of those storms that dumps like 1/2 a foot overnight), but for right now I'm enjoying the winter wonderland, too :) . What is Ariana's take on the white stuff?

I haven't seen it her out in the snow yet, but J. says that she enjoyed stomping around in it and kocking icicles off the car. There wasn't enough to make a snowman, but they gave it valient effort. And she added the word snow to her growing vocabulary as "dough, dough".
