jd7a 2.3 miles in 1 hour and 4 minutes.
Not our best effort, although we did supplement with some hopscotch in an elementary school playground and a little bit of tether ball. Let me tell you, tether ball in the dark is a much different experience than tether ball in the daylight. It can really get competitive. And dangerous. The ball, while never particularly colorful in the daytime, is pretty much invisible at night. So, getting whacked in the arm, the body, or the head is not really all that unusual. I think the game ended in a draw. Although I was always unclear on scoring in tether ball. I think it exists. I'm just not sure how it goes. So, one or the other of us could have won. Or both. I don't know.
I do know that I kicked ass in hopscotch. Bring on the eight year old girls. I'm ready for them!
