So, it's been almost a month unemployed and I haven't had much luck getting anybody to care about my resume. It's time to start getting off my butt. I stopped by the hospital and put in an application to volunteer. You know, in college I was in APhiO for three years and really enjoyed helping out, but since then, three years later, I haven't done diddly squat. That's really depressing. The woman to talk to wasn't there, but I left an application and hopefully will get a call tomorrow. I don't know what I'd be doing, but it doesn't really matter. I just want something that will get me out of the house 2-3 times a week. And when I get a new job, hopefully I can switch it to 1-2 times a month on weekends without too much of a problem. I just feel so pathetic sleeping in late, spending every day in front of the computer, emailing my resume, and playing computer games. The break was fun, I guess, but I feel like I can do more with my life.

Just got back from Pennsylvania. Airplanes suck. Long flights suck. Headaches and nausea from not eating because of said long flights suck. Bumpy ride because of bad weather sucks. Having to run to catch connecting flight sucks.

Trip didn't suck. Will write more when I'm not so weary.

(Oh, it's just started raining. Driving back from the airport before it starts pouring doesn't suck.)

Wheee! Heading out to the airport in T-1 hour to begin the trek to CMU Carnival.
